Great place to stay if you are planning to go to Disney Sea or Disneyland. It was a simple free bus ride and then a quick ride on the monorail which you did have to pay for which wasn't much but wasn't expected either. The theme of the room was if you were on a cruise ship which was cute but the rooms are quite small. We are a family of 5 so we had to book 2 rooms and we appreciated the hotel being able to accommodate us and put our rooms next to each other. The one issue I had was the temperature in the room and I blasted the air in the room and it was still pretty hot. We were there in January so it was cold outside but inside the room itself it was pretty hot which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep. Aside from that, the hotel was nice, we even got to see Mt Fuji from afar and the staff were all so friendly.

The location was good there is a shuttle going to and Disney Monorail. The staff were very accomodating. After our Disneysea adventure we decided to eat in one of their restaurant California restaurant which is the the only resaturant open at that time. The restaurant’s waiter was really helpful. The hotel room was cute and big enough for three person but it is quite outdated but clean and they even provdided us with a sleepwear. Their breakfast at Hamakase was really good. Overall our stay was really good and comfortable. We will definitely book here again.

We didn't know the hotel had a free shuttle bus to Tokyo Disneyland and were pleasantly surprised. We were also able to take a bus to Haneda airport from the hotel, charge was 1,000 yen. Very reasonable. The bell captain stored our luggage while we went to Disneyland, picked it up and took the bus to the airport. Excellent experience.

The location was good, but the shuttle bus made it even better because of how frequently it ran from and to the Hotel and Tokyo Disneyland/Bayside Station. The room was very cute, the breakfast was delicious offering both Japanese and Western options, there was a Yamato counter and a konbini in the hotel which was very convenient.

The shuttle buses to Disneyland and to the JR station were convenient and comes at a regular interval. There were convenient stalls that sells food, snacks, bags and even shoes. The variety was amazing. We went for the dinner at one the restaurants and was amazed at how good the food was.
